this is the last post of my macintosh history.

this G5 is not mine.
I am using it at work. pretty fast and powerful.

this is my wife's.

iBook G3 800

actually, this is not mine.
I used this iBook about 8 months at work.

power mac G4 1.25G Dual CPU

2003, I bought it for 3D works.
powerbook G4 was good but not enough for 3D works.

I still use this power mac as the web server and the file server in my house.

iPod 2nd generation 20G

actually iPod is not a macintosh,
title sould be [my apple history]. ^^;
I like this model, 2nd generation.

I use it still.

powerbook G4 500 titanium

2002, I sold power mac G4, and powerbook 1400cs.
I sold not just computers but also many things I had, because I would come to Japan.

in Japan, I also need a computer. maybe I could not live without that. ^^;;

so...
I bought this laptop, the used one. and it was the my second laptop.
and I used it until 2004, and I sold it as the used.

I sold the 7200 before the military service.
yeah, I bought the 7200, the used one, and sold it as the used one.

after I finished military service (2001), I came back to real would. ^^;
I was doing MIDI still that time. so I bought the G4.
and this time I also had a PC, AMD 450 windows 98 .

I sold the G4 2002, because 2002, I came to Japan.

PowerPC 7200

I guess, I bought it 1998, bought the used one.
in that day, I did study MIDI.

you know, laptop machine is good, but not enough for heavy work.
laptop is good for office work or internet but not enough DTM, DTP, 3D and so on.
and no body make server with laptop machine.

in that day, I used hard disk recording(wave recording - voice or something) with MIDI instrument.
I could not do that with laptop machine. so I needed desktop machine.
I used 'logic audio platinum' software of emagic. if you don't know emagic, never mind ^^
I used this 7200, until 1999.

1999-2001, I was in military service. ^^

Powerbook 1400cs

this is first laptop (mobile) computer I have used.

I bought it 1997, I guess.
and it was first time and last time I bought new computer.(I always buy the used except this)

I used this 1400cs until 2002.
I carried it at school, friend's place, and wherever I wanted.

but it also used for my homeworks. (almost report things)

macintosh LC3

this is first mac as my own personal computer.

I guess my family got this 1993 or 1994,
for my older brother.

1995, I was a 1st grade at university. and I did need a computer for some reasons.

so, I could have my brother's LC3, and my brother would have new macintosh. ^^;

anyway, I liked LC3.
but LC3 was used only for homework of the school.

macintosh classic 2 (I guess, I don't remember exactly. ^^;)

this is first macintosh I have met,
and the second personal computer that my family have.
we did buy this machine in 1991, I guess ^^;

first one was micro soft DOS machine.
in that time no ms windows existed.

I remember that day was the first time I saw the MOUSE.
and I didn't know what that was.
that time mac os was GUI(Graphic User Interface) like recently mac os and windows.
and DOS did not.
DOS os was CUI (Command User Interface), no need of MOUSE.

yeah, this is first mac in my mac history.

multi-os on intel mac

it means virtualization solution.

dual boot, you can boot your computer mac os or windows. but can not use both at same time.
but virtualization make it possible start up windows like application on mac os. (you can use these at same time)

it means if you have a intel mac, you can use almost(we maybe could say 'all') computer os on the earth.

I don't know what you think.
but, it is very great news for people who is developing computer things, there is no doubt.

this is too cool!!

dual booting of intel mac now officially supported by apple.
if you are a mac user(it means intel mac user),
you can use mac os and windows just with one machine.
(but the windowers could not use mac os. ^^)

isn't it wonderful?

apple's CEO, Steve Jobs is really smart guy, I think.
now apple's new intel mac will be very best seller, I guess.
